Project Manager

Description

• Lead internal and external cross-functional and technical teams to work towards Project’s objectives
• Managing resources, project progress and ensuring projects meet deadlines
• Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Conduct relevant project documents e.g. Blueprint SIT UAT reports
• Design risk mitigation plan
• Track activities to provide project progress report to management e.g. timeline feedback obstacles etc.

Qualification

• Minimum 5 years experience in system implementation or project management
• Understand database management
• Understand IT skills in Java, SQL, HTML
• Strong knowledge of CRM Process, Sales, Service Center and Marketing
• Proficient in English both speaking and writing
• Good presentation skill
